Review
Vishnu Vishal gives a performance that perfectly fits the requirements of the role. The depiction of the rural atmosphere and vintage style is expertly done.
In the part of Vikrant’s father, Rajinikanth dazzles with his mannerisms and a few memorable lines. Vikrant gives a passable performance.
The supporting cast gives good performances, while Jeevita Rajasekhar steals the show with her innate beauty.
The two most obvious problems with Lal Salaam are its plot and its slow screenplay. Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s intended message is not new; it has been seen in a number of previous films. In her capacity as both director and screenwriter, Aishwarya may have encouraged co-scriptwriter Vishnu Rangasamy to include additional emotions, which might have improved the overall effect of the movie.story.
Conclusion
On the whole, Lal Salaam presents a lackluster and disappointing viewing experience, with the average performances by its lead actors as the main positives. The film’s shortcomings, including the subpar writing, sluggish pacing, and an underwhelming score, outweigh its strengths. Considering these factors, viewers are advised to find other entertainment options this weekend, as even Rajinikanth’s presence fails to salvage the film.
