Story

The movie takes place in Mumbai in the late 1980s. Despite his commitment to his work, Bhaskar (Dulquer Salmaan), a bank employee, gets passed over for a promotion. A disgruntled Baskhar robs his bank one day and uses the proceeds to fund illegal ventures. As a result of his enormous wealth, Bhaskar’s greed grows. He eventually meets stock market tycoon Harsha Mehra, teams up with him, and accumulates crores. He gets into major difficulties with the CBI as a result of this involvement, and his marriage to his wife (Meenakshi Chaudhary) suffers. The remainder of the narrative focuses on Bhaskar’s efforts to clear his identity in a heinous scheme involving influential people.

There is something unique about every movie that Dulquer Salmaan makes. Thus, everyone was curious to know what Dulquer and Lucky Baskhar’s director, Venky Atluri, were up to. Venky Atluri’s sharp script is one of the movie’s greatest strengths. Venky Atluri tells the story of the picture with a lot of action, heroic moments, and strong feelings, so it barely makes a mistake.

The film’s strongest feature is its superb screenplay, which makes the banking industry’s jargon intelligible to the average viewer without resorting to melodrama. The first half demonstrates Baskhar’s financial difficulties and the factors that lead him to make poor decisions. All of this is presented in a really natural way.

Although the second half gets off to a poor start, the storyline’s allusion to Harshad Mehta and his stock market swindle is expertly done. Venky Atluri deserves praise for simplifying the on-screen experience for viewers.
